Trading Post

Catawba Lodge has opened an online store that includes almost everything you can purchase at events from the Trading Post right from the comfort of home and have those items delivered to you.

Following are the shipping and return policy guidelines:

Shipping

• All items will be shipped via USPS to physical and PO Box addresses

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 10 days unless there are inventory shortages or delays in custom orders

• US sales only. No orders will be processed for out of country sales.

Returns

• Returns will be accepted up to 10 days after receipt of shipment

• Buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless item is defective

• Refunds will be issued within 5 days of receipt of returned items

• Embroidered or customized items cannot be returned unless the item is defective and agreed upon with the Trading Post staff
